So the pro-Russian separatists in Donetsk and Lugansk will go ahead wiith their illegal referndum on 11th May to seccede from Ukraine.

The current self proclaimed government in Lugansk took control of the government building using their guns as their entrance passes.

They expect the local people to give them a majority so they can join Russia.
