ukrainian soldiers now speak english?

Word from Ukraine this morning is that the Ukrainian army has started an offensive against the separatist regions.

Very interesting that local residents reported that certain military types were communicating in English!!

They are almost certainly US or EU military "advisers" helping the Ukrainian forces, which is in direct conflict with the "Agreement" they made a couple of weeks ago.
OR, they are mercenaries.

Neither looks very good.
Again, not a word from the White House or Brussels...(as if there would be!)

You can imagine the squeals if some Russian military personnel were found to be helping the separatists...
