Not sure whether this is the best thread or not, but why was IW#2 drilled instead of conducting the flow test with IW#1, given it had already been drilled on the pad and to the same depth?
If usable, then I would have thought that reuse would have saved significant time to get to where we are and obvious cost of second drill.
