Real
There has been a real (pardon the pun) shift in small cap SP rises since 2011. Back then, a whiff would see sustained increases- the market now will still speculate but is looking for much more proof/results/real data before the 100% gains we all look for- some exceptions obviously.
You can read 100 HC threads and see everyone saying - "we are so undervalued".
