Looks like different technology and at different development level/stage. I would say Shekel's seems more advanced. Taking Capsule as an example, you scan your card before enter the box, after that you simply take the items that you want on your way out (after single touch to confirm your payment) and that's it. At the same time Shekel's technology also helps accurately managing the stock level/quantity so they can quickly restock when necessary (from nearby appointed suppliers). From their demo Tiliter seems more on help quickly identify the items at checkout thus help the checkout process to be easier and quicker (need mobile to scan as well). I believe there was a video showing that Shekel can also quickly tell the difference of apples of different brands at the checkout.
