A2 is one story that should give all investors great heart. It exemplifies how a great marketing team is much more important than a great idea/product. The Kiwis manufactured nearly all the data in house to support the theory that A2 was beneficial to humans. Claims unsubstantiated by independent studies. And yet they have convinced a whole group of consumers they have to have it to be healthy.
I followed the science and missed that boat - naively believing the truth would out.
I should have been wiser given the kiwi fruit, Xero, lamb, manuka, etc. stories where they have absolutely nailed the marketing.
If only Shekel had a NZ'er or 2 running the marketing. They are probably concerned they would nick the tech and rebadge it as Kakapods, Wetawaya, or something.
