Unlikely of a scenario, being listed provides the owners a method for exit once full value is realised and 2 an easy channel for additional capital, the fact they havnt tapped the market since listing i think shows great capital management and the resilience of the underlying scales business even through times of overal market uncertainty. That recent TH and proposed CR assessing opportunities piece i speculate was a fund or noteable market participate approaching them for a slice of the pie but the owners decided not to pull the trigger since they see more value then was being proposed.

The fluff and regular market updates just aren't on the list of priorities for the BOD at this moment of time in my opinion.

Having 80% of the stock tied up with the owners is a great basis for investment since their interest of true capital appreciation is aligned with us. Its whether you can sit patiently/idly by and ignore alot of the day to day movement.

The true catalyst im looking for is a bit of a capital restructure to free up a bit of a float but this should only take place at the appropriate value which is once POC is shown. Their R&D products have only started being commercialised in the last 6 months or so.

Also check the annuals reports one of the things I was impressed by is the executive renumerations are very much reasonable and almost conservative ecpsecially when compared to other Israeli listed peers. Their performance shares are also linked to unit sales of their R&D pipeline which for me shows they have our long term interest at heart.

I have little reason to not believe the BOD is not acting in shareholders interest.
