As an initial SH I found it very disturbing and still cannot fathom a reason for that uptick before they announced a TH but didn’t want a TH, then a maybe maybe not answers. It was incredibly badly handled. If they can’t deal with compliance, get someone who can. Sold some yesterday and today at 30,29.5 because I am confident I will buy them back at cheaper prices.
