Have a look at my posts I have been a shareholder a a few years now (unfortunately). I nearly exited when the shares reached $1.58 but had set my sell price at $1.60. would have made around 10k and am now looking at around 3k loss. I am surprised that there has not been more shareholders voicing their disapproval.
SBM applied to the ASX for a waiver to proceed without shareholder approval (as per below).

4. This is conditional on ASX granting St Barbara a waiver from Listing Rule 7.1. ASX has indicated that it is likely to grant St Barbara such a waiver.
