Agree it is obvious someone is trying to discreetly soak up large volumes. If and when it holds above 3 I think the pumpers will appear and that will put it on the radar of many more traders and investors. The steady rise at the moment is very positive particularly given the speculative market it relatively subdued at present. Great buying ops at the moment.
