A 30 minute debate would be 10 minutes each at most. Deduct Tony's ums and ers and pregnant pauses whilst he crunches a populist thought and you end up with him offering 85 or 90 words at most.
Maybe he could send a deputy to speed things up a bit? Or roll out one of his daughters? Or give Bronnie a go?
