    In this vague market, BCI has established strong sentiment & support. BCI looks like a low risk operation and for me, its current share price, which I think has ran ahead of itself, is an indicator of this.

    Investors have paid a premium for strong certainty.

    BCI can raise $15M without batting an eye lid.
