IMO, the party that would have made the bid is NOT CRM.
They haven't been granted FIRB approval yet. If this is the case, would CRM come in with a counter-bid???

Sounds like to me that someone saw that CRM has got this placement and decided to act prior to CRM obtaining FIRB approval and prior to the AGM where we would vote on the CRM share placement.

Would be nice if the proposed transaction was delayed long enouhg for us all to get our oppies.....
