    I would tend to agree, "potential" as far as mergers go other IO juniors would also need to be in TH

    That only leaves potential takeover.

    Given that we were going to place stock at 1.35 I would expect some sort of premium on this price.

    If its a neighbour then I would expect at least $2

    It's going to be a long wait to Friday and plenty of theories to come.
