wow what a shocking offer!!

u kidding me that umc is only valued at just over 200 million with a eceonomy picking up a long with global commodity prices. Plus we have high grade DSO! and thats the offer. When i bought umc, i thought and was convinced that umc would receive above $4 even in a weak environment knowing that in the long term, its a sound deposit but obviously i forgot to look at management. I would of said no! Now lets see how smart and tactical the chinese will be and im assuming the reason why the offer is soo low, is that bhp know the chinese will counter or an additional offer is provided by some other party so 1.30 sounds cheap now but they have much room to improve. :) i could be wrong though but thats my gut feeling at this minute, may change in the next 2 min's.
