I am not normally a conspiracy theorist but it does seem odd that UMC is hovering around the $1.00 mark. I do accept that it has doubled in the past 2 months but even so it seems a bit strange. I don't know how the market is manipulated but some one else seems to.
I suppose if we all bought up more shares it would go higher.
