absolute furphy all this doom and gloom today ....
wish i had cash to be topping up ... then again i would have liked to have sold my roy and thx opies for a $60k profot a few weeks ago .... but then again, i would have reset the cgt clock and miss the really big gains by june next year.
long term plans here ...
what price umc this time next year ??? i reckon few here would doubt $5+ .. that makes thx well over $1.50 in my view because by then they'll have plenty else going and be cash flow positive ....
