As at 31 December 2007 the Cockatoo Island Mineral Resource for Portman (50%) stood at 3.9 million
tonnes at 68.87% iron. The total Cockatoo Island Mineral Resource stands at 7.8 million tonnes (50%
Portman Limited, 50% Henry Walker Eltin Contracting Pty Ltd).

As at 31 December 2007 the in situ Mineral Resources for the Koolyanobbing Project, incorporating
the mineral deposits at Koolyanobbing, Mt Jackson and Windarling stood at 136.9 million tonnes at
61.9% iron, a net decrease of 9.6 million tonnes in comparison to the period ending 31 December
2006
