umiat commercialisation

Thought I'd start a new thread, now we have an ann (of sorts) via the Australian newspaper predicting commercialisation of Umiat, and building infrastructure in partnership with Alaskan govt.

So, what infrastructture is involved in getting the oil to TAPS? What is the best commercialisation structure for Linc (JV?) and how much is it worth to shareholders :)
