Dont know what Dicko thinks but I just dont understand what in the hell the tighter rock formation has to do with it.

If the oil is in rock then one would think it all needs to be fracked. Usually oil fields are a trap situation and generally found in between other formations

Bass Strait was in oil sands or pooled oil-different fields I guess but I am just a bit miffed by that rock garbage

Wax generally is short term ways and means of fixing that part of it
