Mark..can you give your opinion on the following please?

When drilling horizontally, do they aim for the areas that have been vertically drilled so that they have the cumulative area to make oil claims on?

When drilling horizontally how do you extract the oil from a very thick pay zone? I.E do you drill the top layer and then re-drill down another 10ft under... how is it that its more efficient than verticals where you can do different levels of pay going in or coming out?
