It is still astounding to think that the deal was found to be fair to shareholders. The deal is basically valuing all unity assets at 0 dollars. This added with the fact that gold prices are rallying hard, should be enough to warrant a higher deal price. Has anyone got the link to asic complaint form. I will fill one out, I suggest all do the same. The more complaints that they receive, the more likely it is that they will review the information quicker.
