I'd be worried if management weren't keeping a tight reign on expenses in the current lower margin environment. 19 contractors let go probably means around $1.5mil/yr in savings.

Hopefully the workers find rapid reemployment, but this is the life of a mining contractor; moving project to project and at the mercy of commodity cycles.

It would be a nice gesture if we saw the directors taking a small salary cut this year.
