My own break even point on UML is 3.5 cents so a 10 % rise in offer would be nice to reduce my loss.
I still think Brahman Alpha Pure are putting up serious money and I think they may indicate they will vote no to force a superior offer later. Remember a high percentage wont vote so 20 % could push the no vote over 50 %. (Assuming they reach 20 % by the voting date).
