I think there must be some evidence of BS stance being true otherwise AZX will look complete fools if BS make a public statement refuting the claim. This does not mean BS will not accept the TO, they maybe trying to do Lawton a favour after some begging :) We need to keep in mind this was an AZX statement and even then they used the word 'indicated' which is not the same as 'will'.

I have no doubt Jeff would have sounded BS out prior to the TO so it will be a blow to the TO if they indeed do not accept the offer.
