No argument - however there are FHB out there that have saved and can handle large biscuits , albeit not the majority. I personally know of a few smart professionals and FIFO workers in that category. There are still people earning silly money on the rigs and up north. Not dried up by any measure. Guy who bought an in laws house in Cottesloe , FHB -fifo qualified for a massive loan on a 10% dep.
