Maybe, but to be honest, in looking at the transaction reports I would have to say it is a couple of brokers, primarily NETSHARE NOM PL. Here are their transactions for the week ended 31/7:

The big question is why IMI (aside from easy volumes) - what do they know/what are the fed/will the feeding stop. All of the above has been in a period of pretty tight ranges - not like teh past - so you've got to wonder if they're hurting a bit? Maybe hence these ghost sells?
