    australia made no agreement to a $100b budget
    that was a document from an advisory group outlining potential sources of income which didn't mention australia at all.

    the green climate fund's own trust accounts to june 2013 show contributions of only $7.55m usd since inception from 10 nations. i assume we were one of them with $500,000
