    I never said there was an agreement. Hell, the fund is set to commence now in 2014 and the terms have not been finalised apparently.

    There was definately a committment from Australia (via Combet et al) for Australia to pay its fair share in terms of this fund. It even says so on the government agency website.

    Why is Mark Butler having a tanty in the article I referred too? He indicates that Australia will not be able to meet its committment (note I didn't say agreement)to this UN green fund.

    Most commentators, if you google it, reckon Australia's fair share lies around 2.4-3% of the funds to be raised. These commentator's can also be found on green sites.
