    Yes it is a massacre.

    In every part of our society we have investigations, reports, accountability and measures put in place to ensure life is not lost again.

    However, the UN has had disaster after disaster with ZERO action taken to ensure this doesn't keep repeating. Considering a relatively small country like Australia could have over 1,000 deaths, surely that's enough to change policies.

    BUT they do have blood in their hands for this "massacre " as they turned a blind eye to Australia's success of saving lives.
