Evolve would be my pick because of the shares already held by James and Guifre (AFJ) in Evolve. The connected web of association between the Kern Group, Australian Childcare Projects, Stuart James, **rielle Guifre, Chris Guifre is interesting reading.
Evolve is also a dual listing.
There are quite a few individuals who own large groups of centres. One in particular based in Sydney and constantly expanding with carefully selected acquisitions is certainly a market leader. However, back to the takeover talk and happy to hear everyone's thoughts.
