article. I've had my say about G8 and it's probably best to let investors
thrash around ideas. I'm not trying to convince anyone and am a great
believer that the market works best when there is a diversity of opinion.

paid 4-5x for. Shareholders should ask themselves why they are paying that
premium. What value is GEM, as the manager of those centres, offering?
