What is with Australian ASX laws ? I got told you can not enrich yourself and draining SH funds, it is fraud, this is to protect the SH. ### is this law people keep telling me about overseas ? Looking at all the cash they burnt me thinks its going into the business. $1M employment fees to produce $200K ?
