    Fat Cat Salary is not against the law, but ethical wise is questionable


    More than 1 million dollars of shareholders money is spent on directors wages, but the company is actually making a Net Loss of more than $5 millions each year, over the last couple of financial years. 


    However,ultimately no one focus you to invest money in such company in the first place right?
