Board shuffle is inevitable I think.

It's obvious nobody fakes those conversations. Too easy to see when it's fake, and in the context of why those texts got out, what's written in there is most likely legit. Culture problem, they'll have to leave to protect their own interest and shares.

The culture that is on display is a big issue.

Now from a pure value standpoint, MGC at 5C is an absolute bargain.

Sometimes you need to buy the drama. New blood amongst the board will probably be the best thing that ever happened to this company.

We'll either get some real good work happening now, to make this go away, or resignations.

Bullish. From a business stand point the company has been doing a great job, but at this level, those kind of mistakes are costly. Nothing personal. Just business.
