Not really, in its present form the bible needs to be rewritten to reflect the true teachings of the great jewish rabbi. Bible scholars know only too well that the original manuscripts no longer exist and that most of what was written was lost in translation from aramaic to greek to english. Also many passages were added by the church to subjugate the masses. Clearly a power thing.
I cannot comment on the koran as I've done little research on it, however, I have spoken to a muslim from bangladesh who assures me suicide bombers and murderers will pay the price on crossing over. Unfortunately he believes there will be one virgin, not seventy, waiting for him if he does good on earth. Suffice it to say he is an excellent worker and a good citizen of this country.
