Here's some real "Climate Change Communication": This week in South Australia we've had a typically good wet start to the winter. Everything is now set up perfectly for a great growing season.

In my 5 decades on the planet, no-one in these parts has experienced climate catastrophe, in spite of the 1 degree warming (due to whatever causes) the world has experienced since the Industrial Revolution.

And to all the Watermelons in this country: Face up to the fact that, worldwide, you lost out in the 20th Century to the ideology of the market-based economy. Pragmatists, whilst they understand the importance of the Environment, are beginning to get sick of "Environmentalism" per se - and every sign that we're doing O.K. in spite of all the supposed danger will only reinforce their scepticism to your alarmist cries.

Empiricism (observations) beats Hypothesis (religion)....[pardon me, I meant "the Science"] every time.
