there is a plenty happening at cms and its sector is out of favour with the market-but not for long. great innovative technology,some great small anns [read between the lines} plenty happening with the banks and maybe a major utility co or two-----i hold as its a takeover target in my opinon and a bank will take it out as they find it harder and harder to make a profit-its all falling into place ans as a major holder mooted to me -'hold,it wont be long now;' that was 2 years ago and the credit squeeze is just starting!!
keep an eye on it and when it moves buy as its got to be near; hey but what do i know.
