From what I can work out, the "Bizzell" factor has significantly increased its equity already and those that didn't take up the R.I. have had their equity slashed, i.e. HSBC has gone from 8.79% to 4.26% and IF the GM resolutions go thorough, EVERYBODY that is not connected to Bizzell will have their current equity reduced by EIGHT times less than they have now. It has been a CATASTROPHIC disaster to all shareholders and only those that took up the R.I. have not been shattered even further, but, even those will have that 8 times reduction!!!!

S.B. had better do the right thing or we could see see a very justifiable class action brewing!!
