You can not bring to much bureaucracy in. To many rules - to bureaucratic.
This will bring only a depression into the market.
Might be the iron curtain has fallen and the cold war is over and the West were the winners.... but now also to create jobs then you can not let have bureaucracy taken over.
Bureaucract vs. the free market is very sensitive. a little touch... and somethings can collapse.
