A quick study of the market right now suggests all of the above are quite possible. Beyond $18M mc, I think you really need to have a project that includes a scoping study or getting towards talk of a JORC resource. Or own a massive tenement that is highly prospective.
On the other hand, any announcement regarding a coal asset purchase would provide additional value to the above MC projections.
