MIR you make a great and often overlooked point , that the well spacing has not yet been priced in.

40 acres is likely in many opinions. The communication betweeen the turnbulls was a concern and proves its not a fete comli, but 50 acre spacing or even 60 acre spacing is surely more likely then not and its not factored in yet imo.

If they make 40 acre spacing and if they get great liquids in the new lease then we can imo expect some very serious performance from AUT sp this year as well. By no means will we see the 700%+ just attained, but imo theres a reasonably low risk 100%+ posibility in my opinion.

Im inclined to think 200% plus is a reality if the global situation behaves itself. But seriously this is just an amatuers opinion so DYOR and seek expert advice.
