unbalanced forum

isn't it funny how 'property forum' part on ANY share or general investment forums is swarming with bears ?

basically agreeing and saying out loud what every average investor understands...

few simple principles of economics, some simple math and fairly commonly know history of pricing...

not much there, is it?

AND STILL...regardless of such overwhelming majority of 'people of all walks of life with interest in investing' agreeing on the state of the market and its future, the 'overleveraged' are not relenting and calling us UNBALANCED in our views !

as a much wiser person than me said: if everyone around you is panicking and selling while you are perfectly calm...maybe there is something they know that you don't ?

(or...you're just pretending to be calm and are actualy frozen in confusion ??? )
