I wouldn't accept any less than $10.50 per share - this is 100% BS how you can value a company that is now making money at 20 cents per share. I would not accept any take-over so whoever is trying make a rubbish offer under $1 per share for the whole company better re think - you will have stubborn shareholders like me to deal with.
