Have they actually signed a sales contract or is this just a case that they are hoping to make their first sale in the coming months? Is the chairman using semantics to make it sound like they actually have a customer signed to a sale contract when realistically no such contract has been entered into as yet?

Sorry for my pessimism but after watching this sink so low, their pathetic corporate governance and general lack of news it's impossible to believe the best of this lot.
