I expect they are selling in early trading (to put pressure on the SP) and buying larger quantities back at lower prices during the course of the day (from holders who lose their nerve during the process).
They already have around 7% in the SP movement today to play with.
Don't get excited about it - the future is what long-term holders should be targeting.
