got to be a risk with the prospects of EI making its way into victoria.
why they dont just do a mass vaccination of healthy racehorses to ensure the spring carnival i dont know. EI exists in most countries around the world and can be controlled by a simple vaccination. a few horses such as racing to win have already been innoculated as he was being aimed at a race in hong kong later this year. however he wont be able to compete in melbourne this spring because he would almost certainly be a "carrier"...
if EI does make its way into melbourne and plays havoc with the cup carnival who knows where tts will end up. would be great buying for the long term you would think....
