Actually the share price was at 26.5 and heading north, then every one freaked out over a double dip recession and spain not paying there bills etc.

Very frustrating to see.

This then everyone is realizing the sky is no longer falling and cer has refinanced and re payed more of their loans as well as close of more hedges.
Seen as CER and the world are in better shape then this financial year I'm hoping that we surpass 26.5 permanently.
