CFE announce $30m in cash to be received from sale of Lady Loretta. SP moves 1c ($5m added to MC). Implies Lady Loretta was valued by the market already at $25m - what a load of bollocks.
To update from the recent Quarterly on the value of the pieces of the CFE empire:
(1) Cash now stands at $99m (incl. Lady Loretta)
(2) Equities m2m (excl AKI) $50m (OKU/IGS/CHM/MHL/CXU/LRS/VWM/SPM/FEL/etc)
(3) AKI $31.5m
(4) Lady Annie milestone payment $5m still to receive
(5) MCC recievable (legal action pending; assume successful) $80m
(6) Marampa (sale process underway) $350-$500m (IMO)
(7) Sappes NPV $160m, trade sale at 50% = 80m
(8) Leichhardt (compare to FND, IMO @50%) $60m
(9) Pinnacle ??
(10) Australis ??
(11) AKI royalty $1t
EQUALS
$755.5 - $905.5m + points (9)-(11) in unaccounted for upside.
SP is not rational!
