Fair point of view although I think more value is coming. Just because 1 cent had been added yesterday, it does not mean that more value will not be added incremently over the coming days.

Just like the buyback which is buying cautiously so as not to force the price up too quickly, so it is with this announcement. Buyers will put in their buys and and wait patiently to buy their requisite amounts without trying to move the price up too quickly.

The same thing happened with the mayoko deal. Once the money was raised it moved slowly from 50 to 60 over 2 weeks where it sat for another week. This announcemnt will probably push this up to 65-70 over the next week or two.
